Agreement

These terms apply to your use of this website and to purchases, orders, consultations, subscriptions and gift cards from Bee Leaf LLC. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Not medical advice

Statements regarding herbal products have not necessarily been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Bee Leaf products and information are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease. Information provided on this website is for educational purposes and is not a substitute for medical advice.

Consultations are educational conversations about teas and herbs. They are not medical exams, diagnoses or treatment. Talk to your doctor before using herbal products if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or managing a health condition, and stop using any product that causes a reaction.

Orders, prices and pickup

Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Photos are representative; loose-leaf teas and herbs are natural products, so color, size and flavor can vary between batches.

An order or request placed through this site is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel it, for example if an item is unavailable or a price was listed in error, and will refund anything you paid for that order.

Pickup orders are held for a reasonable time. Unclaimed perishable orders may be released after we try to reach you.

Payments and card fees

When online card payments are enabled, a card processing fee may be added to card transactions as explained on our Card Fees page. The fee is shown before you pay and is never charged on debit cards, cash or gift cards.

Michigan sales tax is added where it applies.

Subscriptions and business orders

Subscription and business tea requests are reviewed by our team, who confirm pricing, quantities and schedule with you before anything is charged or delivered.

You can pause, change or cancel a subscription by contacting us before the next order is prepared. Orders already prepared or delivered are covered by our Refund Policy.

Gift cards

Bee Leaf gift cards do not expire and carry no inactivity, service or monthly fees. They can be used for products, consultations and Wellness Care Plans.

Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law, and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen unless you have proof of purchase and the balance has not been used.

Refunds and returns

Opened or used products cannot be refunded. Unopened products may be returned within 3 days. Consultations and Wellness Care Plans are non-refundable. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

Consultations

Please arrive on time or give us notice if you need to reschedule. Virtual consultations are held over video, and you are responsible for your own internet connection and device.

Using this website

All text, photos, logos and designs on this site belong to Bee Leaf or its licensors and may not be copied or used commercially without our written permission.

Please do not misuse the site, including submitting false orders, spam or automated requests, or trying to access areas or data that are not meant for you. We may block access for misuse.

Warranties and liability

We work hard to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

To the extent the law allows, Bee Leaf is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Michigan Consumer Protection Act or other laws that cannot be waived.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Saginaw County, Michigan, unless the law gives you the right to bring it elsewhere. Before filing a claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve it.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order.
